The Good.... God was listening to all my bitching and we got some SNOW!!! It was only for an afternoon but it was perfect powdery snow. Raegan and I went out and made a snow man & played around with a tote-lid sled all afternoon, so MUCH FUN!

The Bad.... My camera went ca-put. DANG IT! I LOVE Kodak cameras but this is the SECOND one that has quit on us within 2 years of purchase! SO SUCKY! And right now there is just no budget to replace it. Calling all camera whiz persons to find us a nice quality digital camera for a minimal price that is easy to operate!!!!

The Ugly....

Right at this very minute this minivan is parked in my driveway. Yep, we went and bought a MINIVAN!!!! OH MY GOD, I AM ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE!!! We found a screaming deal on Craigslist ( once again with the Craigslist deals!) and spent our tax return on getting it home. It's a 1998 and has some high miles, but it's been well cared for and only has minimal repairs needed. SO excited! This is part of our "responsable" plan. We're selling my car and getting out of the payment, reducing our monthly debt. SO happy! It's HUGE inside.

"GOGGLE" Inspired

Only SLIGHTLY Spoiled

So, we take walks just about every day. The kids love it, I love it, and so does Matt as my stash of outgrown pants has been breached and I'm now wearing jeans I haven't squeezed into since before pregnant with Raegan. Mom bought us this neat double umbrella stroller that has had the miles put on it, but it wasn't the best equipment for walking rough pavement, bumps, dirt paths, etc. We needed a jogging stroller. Good Lord, are THEY expensive! Even the USED ones are going for well over a hundred bucks a pop! But with our new lifestyle, our active daily treat, we needed to get one. SO, it was with much giggling glee that I spotted this beaut' whilst at Costco yesterday splurging on some nice porterhouse steaks. *

Now this pod-ish thing MAY seem weird at first glance, but this nifty seat actually converts to a bicycle trailer! YAY!! Matt has been wanting a trailer for Raegan since before she was conceived. He had dreams of us peddling down the Tacoma Wharf with a picnic in tow. Now, we can do that.. well, not the Tacoma wharf thing but the peddling somewhere with kiddies and picnic thing. Already I'm planning day trips to lakes and campgrounds this summer to get our "nature" on! Will be much fun had! And One! More! Exclamnation Point! For Effect!!

I'm excited.

*Yes, we got our taxes back. For those who are judging, we spent 90% of it on responsible bills, debt reduction. The rest went to a new computer for Matt ( Vista! Woo Hoo!) and this fancy-schmancy thing for the kids.

A Big Wet One for You

I'd just like to thank everyone who has called and e-mailed about the kids.. they are doing MUCH better now! No puke for 2 days, diapers starting to solidify, appetites returning! YAY! This was the longest 2 weeks of my LIFE. It was nice to know that y'all were thinking about us! I now have a purse loaded with disinfectant wipes and a can of Lysol in every room... to prevent future nasty-sode's! Kael is starting to look less gaunt and Raegan has a new love affair for Dora the Explorer chicken noodle soup. So, THANKS! Your support meant more then you'll know!
