1995 CHEVROLET TAHOE
OK, hopefully not another SHITTY decision........... tomorow I am takina a 1995 Checrolet Tahoe to the mechanics shop to get a THOROUGH inspection... if it passes we will be buying it. It is HUGE... there is NO WAY we will outgrow this vehicle! I LOVE that is so safe feeling to drive. I mean, it is one of the biggest things on the road... will take quite the accident to hurt anyone in this baby! Plus, it is plenty big to hold a couple of kids and their carseats.. an idea I really appreciate.Granted, it's gonna cost a pretty penny to keep it in gas, but since it won't be a commutor car, that should be OK. It should last us the next several years loyally anyway. Now this is all assuming it passes the inspection... which I think it should. It looks to be in pretty good condition considering it's age. I'm half excited,half aprehensive. I know this is something our family could really use, especially with a big move coming up, and soon being a 2 worker household.. but the timing is a little off.. At this price, it is below blueook, so I think it is a good deal.. OK, so we'll just say this is a good idea, and run with that. If we buy it, I'll post a picture of it tomorow...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to ME!!
TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY!! OK, lets be real.. it's more like "today is my birthday"...you know, minus all the screaming and excitement. Yes. I am now 25. OOOH. I am a little confused though..... I mean, when I see myself in my mind, I'm still 18. maybe a fluffier 18, but young still, ya know? Then I see pictures of me NOW ( we just had some taken for Valentines Day... will post later) I am DEFINATELY not a teenager anymore. I may feel and act a bit immature, but the wrinkles around my eyes place me in a much older catagory. damn it. Who'd of thought I'd actually care, you know? Maybe it's just that the 18 year old me saw myself in a much different place at 25.... wait wait, I can't be 25 yet! I haven't accomplished any of the goals I set for myself at 25!! I'M STILL 18, I'M STILL 18......PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! So, being 25 now officially sucks. The only reason I haven't willed myself to go back in time and do it all over again is I don't think my lovely Raegan could come with me, and I'd MUCH rather be a regretful 25 with her then a promising 18 without her. OK, so I have now mentally shifted all my "25" goals to "30".... Now being 25 is OK. I need to go somewhere and get carded. that would make it all better. Plus, 25 isn't so old. I refuse to think of it as "a quarter of a century", but rather as " just out of my teens". And really, I feel justified in using that term right up until my 3oth birthday. Then at 30 I will be " right out of my 20's".

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!
Well it's that day again... OK, really just another day, but a day in which many a lady gets flowers and chocolate, and many a fella gets lucky. I had the best intentions of going out to Matts car last night while he slept and leaving him a love note, but last night we watched " The Grudge" and I was too freaked out to go out in the dark all alone. NO MORE SCARY MOVIES FOR ME!!! I'm still pretty creaped out by that whole stupid movie. No real plans for today.. am gonna try to clean up the kitchen and bedroom though. Hay, that's what Valentines day is all about, isn't it? Plus, with a clean kitchen maybe I can make a nice dinner or something for us to eat together tonite. We bought some Zinfendel the other day, and Raegan has a bottle all ready in the fridge, so I can have a glass with dinner tonite! FUN! But as of now I have really no idea what to make. Matt likes Chicken Fried Steak..... have never made it but there is a first time for anything!
