That first little baby tooth came out tonight. It's been getting more and more wiggly, and by this afternoon the thing was just dangling in there. Then tonight, as I was tucking her in, she was just messing with it and all of a sudden she gasped... her tooth in her fingers and an incredulous smile on her face. It was awesome. We've hidden her tooth under her pillow in a special satin bag, and the toothfairy has strict instructions to stop at the store on [his] way back from work to pick up a tooth balloon...... One step away. The tooth that fills that hole will be an "adult" tooth, and that just doesn't seem right.
