ROOMY!! HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!!! It's 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and just about 1000 sq ft. Tiny. Notice the side tables stacked on top of one another in the bedroom. Yah. The opposite wall has our computer desk/work station ( which takes up tons of room as Matt needs lots of space to work on towers, etc for school) and dresser. There's a 3.5 foot path between them to get to the bathroom. It's a *small* but cozy house.
