Humbled

I am constantly humbled by how just naturally beautiful my little Rae is. Even with a big bruise on her nose, the pure lovely that is my daughter still shines through. Yes, I do know how lucky I am to have these two. And I'll never know what I did to deserve them.

We had a tough time when we decided to find Azul a new home. It was a hard decision to make, but many times the right decisions are the hard ones. We are very pleased with her new family, but we had this hole that needed filled.... We got Azul because we wanted a companion for our family.


I think we've found him.

Remind me to take more pictures. Looking at them makes me happy, and I get so caught up in looking that I forget to document them. I don't ever want to forget the joy my children bring to life.

Kael's Emil Ratatouille costume came in and I just had to share how adorable my little monster is! He insisted on the skateboard so I insisted on the helmet.. and he couldn't be more eatable in this costume! Gawd that boy is cute!!

A Quick Trip to the Patch

Gotta love the pumpkin patch! We made a quick trip out this afternoon just to get a little muddy and pet all the animals. It got nasty fast so we left shortly after arriving ( well that and the camera battery died) but they still had fun tromping through the pumpkins and trying out each and every plump orange seat offered in the half hour that we were there!
