Raegan and Kael 4th of July 2006. We were on 6th street in Redmond, getting ready to watch the Parade. The tiny that is Kael blows my mind, and Raegan!! Such a baby herself!
4th of July, 2007. For some reason all I can find is this cell phone pic of the kids, super pissed off in the heat at the end of our walk during the Bend Pet Parade.. so I included one of July 3rd, the two of them at the pool.
July 4th 2008. It's after 10 pm, Kael is super sunburned and Rae is super tired. We're sitting on top of the van out at the Redmond Fairgrounds watching the fireworks.
And this year.................
We went to the parade in the morning and the kids were bubbly and well behaved, thoroughly charming the little old lady that sat next to us. Was very cute. However, my boobery knows no bounds and my big camera, I forgot the memory card. And the little/backup camera had battery for all of two pictures. So no shots of how adorable they were. But! Our buddy Rylen stayed the day with us and we got to play out in the field by our house for a few hours, then his Mama finished work and we all went over to the church parking lot and acted a little hethan with our sparklers and fireworks. It was a ton of fun, and we've decided next year to actually budget in some nice BIG ones, as the kids weren't as thrilled with the little popping sparkling whistling ones we got.. Which excited Matt to no end. Big! Flammable! Dangerous stuff to play with!!!
