Yes, I myself was somewhat appalled as to how disgusting a raw turky actually was. Literally gagged a little cleaning out the insides pre-stuffing. For some reason,though, when it turns all brown and juices start warming up and running OUT of the turky.. I find that apealing... Weird, huh? As a side note, where the hell do they teach turky carving classes? How does one go about learning just how you cut these silly buggers up??
